WDC AI OS Analytics Terms of Service
Effective date: September 14, 2026.
Operator and purpose
WDC AI OS Analytics is operated by Wisely Digital Co., Oregon, United States. It is an internal reporting tool for Wisely Digital Co.'s own business accounts. Access is limited to operators authorized by Wisely Digital Co. The app is not currently a public service or a service for connecting client accounts.

Authorized use
Use the app only for lawful internal business reporting and only with accounts you own or are authorized to access. Follow the connected platform's terms and any restrictions attached to its authorization. Do not share credentials, bypass access controls, or use the app to obtain information outside the approved account permissions.
Read-only connections
The reporting connectors retrieve available account and performance information. They do not publish or upload content, send messages, change advertising campaigns or budgets, or delete platform content. Connecting an account does not authorize those actions.
Each connection depends on the platform's consent process, available permissions, and any applicable app review or testing restrictions. A configured connection is not proof of successful authorization or live data access. TikTok integration is currently being prepared for sandbox testing; production availability is not promised.
Reports and availability
Reports can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable because of platform limitations, reporting periods, outages, or expired permissions. Cached reports are identified with their synchronization information. Metrics from different platforms may measure different things and should not be assumed directly comparable.
The current app requires manual renewal when an access token expires or is revoked. Verify significant decisions against the original platform reports. The app does not guarantee any particular business outcome or uninterrupted availability.
Account security and ending access
Authorized operators are responsible for protecting access to the host computer, Dashboard, and local credential files. Do not place access tokens in chat, shared documents, or public repositories.
Account owners can revoke access through the connected platform. Wisely Digital Co. can disable an internal connection or remove operator access. Revocation does not automatically delete previously stored local reporting data; contact support@wiselydigitalco.com for assistance, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy and third-party services

Connected platforms are separate services governed by their own terms and policies. Wisely Digital Co. does not represent that a platform sponsors or endorses the app. Account content and platform trademarks remain subject to their owners' rights; these terms do not transfer ownership of them.
Changes and applicable law
Wisely Digital Co. may update the internal app and these terms as its reporting needs change. The published terms will show their effective date. Expanded permissions or new uses must undergo the applicable authorization process before use.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
