WDC AI OS Analytics Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026.
Who operates this app
Wisely Digital Co., based in Oregon, United States, operates WDC AI OS Analytics to report on its own business accounts. The app is an internal business tool; it is not currently offered for clients to connect their accounts.
Contact: support@wiselydigitalco.com.
This policy covers the Analytics account connectors and reporting features. It does not describe unrelated services, purchases, email subscriptions, or tracking on the Wisely Digital Co. marketing website.
Information processed
When an authorized operator connects a business account, the app processes the authorization credentials, account identifiers, and reporting information needed for that connection. Only authorized, enabled connections return data.
Depending on the connection, reporting information includes:
- Facebook and Instagram account identifiers, follower and media counts, recent post identifiers and dates, and available like and comment counts.
- Meta advertising spend, impressions, clicks, currency, and reporting periods.
- YouTube channel identifiers, subscriber and video totals, views, and watch time.
- For the planned TikTok connection, authorization identifiers and public video identifiers, dates, and available view, like, comment, and share counts. TikTok access remains subject to account authorization and platform availability.
The app also stores connection status, synchronization times, and reporting snapshots. It does not require social account passwords to be entered into the Dashboard. Sign-in and consent take place through the applicable platform.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate approved connections, display internal business reports, identify unavailable or expired connections, and troubleshoot reporting failures. The reporting connectors do not publish content, upload videos, send messages, change campaigns or budgets, or delete platform content.
Storage and access
In the current installation, credentials are stored in a private local configuration file with restricted file permissions and excluded from version control. Credentials are not included in the Dashboard reporting responses. Provider API requests use HTTPS.
Reporting snapshots and synchronization metadata are stored locally and are available through the internal Dashboard reporting interface. Anyone granted access to the host computer or reporting interface may be able to access business reports. These controls reduce exposure but do not guarantee security.
The current installation is accessed only by the business owner. The owner reports that its storage is not backed up or synchronized to a cloud service.
Optional voice features
The Dashboard uses the browser's speech-recognition and speech-playback services when voice features are enabled. Depending on the browser and selected voice, these services may process microphone audio or spoken report text remotely. Local Dashboard storage does not mean all voice processing occurs locally. The app does not enforce on-device-only speech processing. Those services operate under their providers' privacy practices.
The reporting path retrieves its summaries through the local Dashboard bridge. This policy does not cover unrelated WDC workflows that an operator may start through other Dashboard features.
Retention
Successful API reads may be reused for up to five minutes before a new read is needed. This is a freshness interval, not an automatic deletion deadline. Local credentials and reporting state can remain stored until replaced or removed by the operator. Expired or revoked credentials stop providing authorized access but are not necessarily erased automatically.
There is no automatic age-based purge in the current app. Credentials are kept while a connection is in use and are replaced during manual renewal. Reporting state is updated as the app synchronizes; when the app is not running, previously saved state may remain on disk.
The owner handles permanent disconnection and deletion manually. When a connection is permanently discontinued, or a verified deletion request requires removal, this includes removing its stored credentials and account identifiers, clearing its saved reporting state, and closing or refreshing any open report views. Applicable legal and platform deletion requirements still apply; the absence of an automatic purge does not override them.
Disconnecting and requesting deletion
An authorized account owner can revoke the app's access using the relevant platform's app or connected-account settings. Revocation stops future authorized retrieval; it does not itself erase previously stored local reports or credentials.
For help removing local connection information or reporting data, contact support@wiselydigitalco.com and identify the connection concerned. Do not include a password or access token. Wisely Digital Co. may need to verify the requester's authority over the account before acting.
Requests are handled manually after any necessary verification, within the deadlines applicable to the request. A deletion request should identify the account and the information concerned. If information must be retained to meet a legal obligation, the response will explain that restriction where permitted. Deleting local app information does not delete the original account, posts, or records held by the connected platform.
If you email support, your message and contact details are processed through the business email service to respond to your request. Such correspondence is separate from local Dashboard storage; it is not covered by the Dashboard's five-minute freshness interval. Avoid including report exports or other unnecessary account information in your message.
Platform services and policy changes
Connected platforms separately process sign-in, authorization, and API requests under their own terms and privacy policies. This app policy does not replace those policies.
Wisely Digital Co. will update this policy when the app's data practices change and identify the effective date of the revised version. Any future client access or expanded use requires a fresh review of this policy and the app's controls before launch.
